Quick answer: July 2026 is closed. CI Web Group published 62 production-verified Hydra OS website go-lives — the biggest month on our launch board by a wide margin, more than double June 2026 (25), and past every goal we set including the stretch. An August 1 snapshot of the Hydra client registry shows 323 client sites still in development, pre-live, or review. This announcement is a thank-you — to the team who crushed it, and to the clients who pushed themselves to get there with us.

The numbers (verified, labeled)

Methodology snapshot: final July launch list and featured record updated on 2026-08-01. Registry figures below are from that same day:

  • 62 sites are production-verified on Hydra OS for July 2026 (July 1–31): 53 July-dated entries in the featured go-live record currently serve Hydra in production; nine more verified July cutovers sit outside that featured-live date set — AA Cooling, Frank’s AC & Heating, Hydra OS, Blanco Brothers Plumbing and Drain, Mega Care Solutions, Colorado Bear HVAC, Dad & Daughter Garage Doors, Vierra Fine Homes, and Save the Bouquet. Legendary Service remained WordPress on the public domain at audit time and is excluded from the Hydra count.
  • 89 entries in the featured live portfolio record as of 2026-08-01 (all months, same library). Production verification, rather than a stale record alone, controls the 62-site July aggregate.
  • Biggest month on the corrected July launch list: July 2026 with 62 verified live cutovers, versus June 2026 with 25 — and past every internal goal including the stretch.
  • 323 Hydra client sites in development / pre-live / review in the August 1 monorepo registry snapshot (clients/*.json stage field): 92 development + 230 pre-live + 1 review.
  • 158 featured prep stories appear on the public Watch us while we work board (getWatchCustomers()). That board is a curated showcase of staging builds with public stories, not a complete count of every site in development. Do not read 158 as the size of the build queue.
  • 149 client sites in the August 1 registry snapshot were already post-live. Another 48 client JSON files had no stage set, so they were omitted from the 323 rather than guessed.

We do not publish a separate "approved to go live" counter in the site data that is distinct from live cutovers and registry stages, so that third number is omitted rather than guessed.

A letter to my team

I want to say this to the team before the numbers and before the client names, because the order matters.

This was the most challenging and rewarding month we have ever had — and you crushed it.

I am not going to pretend the hard part was not hard. Sixty-two full website builds in thirty-one days is not a comfortable pace, and we did it on a platform we are still building while we ship on it. That meant learning in the middle of live projects, holding a quality standard when the faster path was to lower it, and asking each other for help more than most of us find easy. Plenty of those sites went out later than someone wanted because a teammate decided it was not right yet and fixed it. I saw that happen all month. You did not just hit the goal. You blew past the stretch goal and kept shipping through the last day of July.

And it worked. 62 production-verified go-lives in July against 25 in June — more than double, the biggest month in our launch record, and every goal including the stretch left behind. The August 1 Hydra registry snapshot recorded 323 client sites in development, pre-live, or review. The featured live portfolio record now contains 89 entries. Advanced Air Conditioning + Heating kicked off in mid April against a late August target and cut over on July 1, nearly two months early. Vierra Fine Homes came back onto Hydra on July 31 after we refused to count a Squarespace response as a win. None of that is luck.

What I am proudest of is that clients are naming you individually. Courtney Supplee left a public Google review that called out Vee by name as her account manager, and named Jasmine and Addison right after her. Stephanie Allen at AirWorks Solutions wrote about the customer tools this team built for her and said the site keeps getting smarter. People do not write that about a vendor. They write it about people they trust.

The biggest shout-out in this announcement goes to AI Engineering and Product Development, led by Chris Heney. Chris, Allula Teka, Blake Lindley, Braedn Heney, and Marcos Jimenez: July does not happen without you. Not the pace, not the tooling, not the sites. Every other team on this page moved fast because you built the thing they moved on. I want that said plainly and I want it in writing.

To Sales, to the Account Managers and client success team, to Customer Service, to the Hydra Web Team, to the Hydra Go Live Team, to Marketing, and to everyone who supports all of them: this month is yours. You pushed through. You crushed every goal. Every name below is part of why it happened.

This announcement is about the team breaking several records at once, and not one of those records belongs to us alone. Every site on the list below needed a business owner to say yes to something unfamiliar — and then push themselves to finish it.

We asked a lot this month. We asked you to follow a build process that looks nothing like the one you went through the last time you got a website. We asked for content, approvals, and decisions on a shorter timeline than a website project usually allows, and we asked for them while you were running your own busy season. We asked you to trust a platform we are still building, on the strength of what we told you it would do.

You stepped up. You contributed and participated instead of waiting to be chased. You learned a new process and tried things you had not done before. You committed to it, you stayed on time, and you stayed hyper focused when letting a date slip would have been the easier call. Some of you reviewed late. Some of you approved early.
