After: Lighthouse (mobile), measured 2026-08-28 on the production domain after cutover — FCP 3.2 s, LCP 17.0 s, CLS 0.001, TBT 30 ms. Same method as the 2026-08-21 before run. LCP regressed from 4.9 s: the page weighs 12,968 KiB, of which five unoptimised PNGs account for 10.2 MB (photo-hero-dusk, photo-crew, photo-interior, photo-heating-flame, photo-hvac-dusk). Re-encoded to WebP at the same dimensions they total 0.6 MB, a 94% reduction. Recorded as measured; the number stands until the images are fixed and it is re-run.
