Awesome Consulting & Educational Services (ACES)
Awesome Consulting & Educational Services (ACES) is live on Hydra OS at awesomeconsulting.org — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit out of Poulsbo, WA helping schools and districts reduce punitive discipline and rebuild belonging. A 78-URL launch sitemap, a 15-guide Learning Center, and 23 service-area pages from Kitsap County to nationwide-virtual — and the first launch on this page from outside the trades.
“It was better than I thought. It was super easy. It was super fast. It was affordable for what I’m trying to build.”
Numbers that show up in the bank account.
ACES cut over to Hydra OS on Jul 19, 2026. The production domain awesomeconsulting.org now serves the Hydra build — homepage title “Reignite Belonging in Schools | Awesome Consulting,” with the hero “Reignite belonging. Transform schools.” and the founding line carried in the announcement bar: “Systems don't change outcomes — relationships do.”
Verified live: the full program suite as meshed pages — Relationship-Centered Discipline, Proactive Tier 1 Behavior Support, Restorative Practices, Appreciative Inquiry Leadership, Experiential Learning, and Speaking & Keynotes — plus founder Jennifer Awesome's profile (25+ years in schools), (360) 271-7012 in the header, and the 501(c)(3) nonprofit badge above the fold.
The launch sitemap carries 78 URLs: a 15-guide Learning Center (from “What is school belonging” to a school-climate-audit checklist and a first-90-days belonging plan), a glossary, seven blog posts, careers, financing, plans, reviews, and 23 service-area pages — Poulsbo and Kitsap County across the Puget Sound to Anchorage, Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Sacramento, and dedicated nationwide virtual + on-site paths.
This launch is also a first for the page: a nonprofit education organization on the same platform, process, and measurement discipline as the trades launches around it — trades and professional services, one operating system. Per the publishing rule, after Lighthouse scores, traffic results, and ranking claims stay unpublished until measured on the live Hydra domain.
Every page ships with structured brand intelligence built in, so Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can verify exactly what the business does — and new pages are submitted for indexing the moment they go live, not weeks later. It's all built on Hydra OS: a database-free architecture that's dramatically faster and harder to hack than a traditional WordPress site, with an intelligence layer that keeps it optimizing itself.
The cutover.

A Website Built to Grow With the Vision
Jenni Awesome had no shortage of ideas. Through Awesome Consulting and Educational Services, she was building a nonprofit centered on creating stronger connections, experiences, and opportunities in education. She was also consulting, coaching, developing curriculum, and hosting the Jenni Awesome Podcast.
What she needed was one place capable of bringing all of it together.
Her previous website experience had been marked by frustration. Jenni and her husband had managed sites themselves, worked through hosting changes, and eventually purchased websites from another company. Some were never completed. Others took far longer than expected. By the time Jenni connected with CI Web Group through a referral, she was preparing to speak at a conference and needed something she could actually put in front of people.
Within days, she had it.
Instead of waiting for every page and idea to be perfect, Jenni approached the new site as something that could evolve alongside the organization. The initial goal was simple: get the foundation live, start using it, and learn from what happened next.
That mindset opened the door to something bigger than a finished website. As the site came together, Jenni began seeing new possibilities for the curriculum, resources, and services she could offer. Today, the website gives her a central place to send students, coaching clients, and anyone interested in the work she is building.
“I just direct everyone to my website for everything,” she said. It gives people one place to understand what she offers, explore available resources, and see the different ways she can support them.
Just as important, the site is not locked into the needs Jenni had on launch day. When she sees something that could work better or thinks of new functionality she wants to introduce, the site can change with her. That flexibility fits the way she already thinks about her work: put an idea into the world, see how people use it, learn from the response, and improve from there.
For Jenni, that has changed what having a website means. It is no longer a project that has to be perfected before anyone sees it. It is an active part of the organization, one that can keep developing as the vision does.
