Swiss Air Heating & Cooling
Swiss Air Heating & Cooling is live on Hydra OS at www.swissairstl.com — family-owned in O'Fallon since 1989, with 934+ local Google reviews, transparent system pricing, and a 743-URL service-and-learning mesh across greater St. Louis.
Numbers that show up in the bank account.
Swiss Air Heating & Cooling cut over to Hydra OS on Jul 21, 2026. The canonical production domain www.swissairstl.com now serves the O'Fallon / greater St. Louis build under the client-approved line “Warm People. Cool Ideas. Quality Solutions.” with (636) 978-7800, MO License #M2793A, and family-owned-since-1989 proof in reach.
Verified live on Jul 23–24: a repair-or-replace decision tool with its math shown, an animated heat-pump explainer, a home-type comfort guide for local housing stock, transparent Build & Price ranges, USA Savings Club and MyHappyHome plan terms, a Learning Center and glossary, Ask Swiss Air, and 743 canonical sitemap URLs. The production crawl returned 743 of 743 sitemap pages and 891 unique internal targets with zero broken links, soft 404s, duplicate canonicals, mixed content, or development/staging references.
The previous WordPress homepage remains the Jul 4 before capture. The after image is the live Hydra homepage on www.swissairstl.com. A production mobile Lighthouse lab run on Jul 23 measured Performance 74, Accessibility 97, Best Practices 75, and SEO 92, with LCP 3.4 seconds, TBT 610 milliseconds, and CLS 0.001. These are disclosed as the measured launch baseline, not field data or a traffic-result claim.
The first measured window has now closed, and its most useful finding is about timing. Search visits slid in mid-June — five weeks before this site went live — and the weather explains it: those weeks ran seven to ten degrees cooler than the same weeks a year earlier, and July carried 12% fewer cooling-degree days than the July before it. Through the cutover and since, visits have held steady. The new build did not cost Swiss Air traffic; it landed in the middle of a weather trough and held.
What the build did add is reach. Google now shows Swiss Air pages about twice as often as it did in June, because the service-area pages, comparisons and Learning Center guides in the 743-URL mesh simply did not exist on the old site to be shown. Earning the click on that new visibility is the next stretch of work, and it is under way. The strongest week since early July landed in late August, and every post-launch technical check — redirects, canonical host, indexability, tracked-number swap, review accuracy, tag container — came back clean.
Every page ships with structured brand intelligence built in, so Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can verify exactly what the business does — and new pages are submitted for indexing the moment they go live, not weeks later. It's all built on Hydra OS: a database-free architecture that's dramatically faster and harder to hack than a traditional WordPress site, with an intelligence layer that keeps it optimizing itself.

Live since Jul 21, 2026 — and improved ever since.
Every dated entry is one of two things: a performance gain measured against this client's own pre-launch baseline (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, and call tracking — percentage gains only, the raw numbers stay private), or a strategic addition shipped to the live site straight from our build record. A Hydra site isn't a launch-and-leave project — the timeline below is what continuous improvement actually looks like.
- Jul 21, 2026 · Go-liveSwiss Air Heating & Cooling went live on Hydra OS
- Sep 2, 2026The traffic dip started five weeks before launch — and tracks the thermometer
Search visits began sliding in mid-June, five weeks before the Hydra cutover, and the temperature record accounts for it: those weeks ran seven to ten degrees cooler than the same weeks a year earlier, and July carried 12% fewer cooling-degree days than July 2025 — with roughly half as many days above ninety. The one hot week at the end of June is the one spike in the series. Through the cutover and the six weeks after it, visits held steady rather than falling further.

- Sep 2, 2026Google shows the site about twice as often as before the rebuild
Appearances in Google search roughly doubled between June and August. The 743-URL mesh gave Google service-area pages, comparisons and Learning Center guides the previous site did not have, and it has started surfacing them — the number of distinct pages appearing in results rose several-fold after launch. Most of that new visibility currently sits past page one, so the visibility is banked and the click work is what converts it; titles and descriptions on the most-shown new pages are being rewritten now.

- Aug 30, 2026Best search week since early July, and the profile is ahead of last year
The last full week of August was the site’s strongest since the first week of July. Over the same stretch the Google Business Profile was seen slightly more often in mobile search than in August a year earlier, and every month since June has run ahead of the same month a year before. Profile click-throughs to the website and direction requests both rose in the second half of August.

- Sep 3, 2026Every post-launch technical check passed, and the pay-per-lead math holds
Six weeks after cutover the launch checks were re-run and all passed: every old page address tested redirects to its match, the non-www host resolves to one canonical www version, Google is free to crawl and each page declares its own address, the main number appears site-wide with the tracking-number swap in place, the review statement matches the real 4.9-star rating, and the tag container loads on every page. On the lead side, buying the same tracked leads through paid search would cost between roughly twice and seven times what the pay-per-lead program charges for them. Swiss Air is also named by ChatGPT when asked for an AC installer in O'Fallon, and sits second in the local map pack for AC installation.
