One of the original CI Web Group team members. Twenty years in, she is the operational force behind Jennifer Bagley — managing the schedule, the speaking circuit, the partnerships, and every high-leverage initiative Jennifer is a part of.
There are people who join a company and there are people who help build one from the ground up. Rose is the latter.
She has been part of CI Web Group since 2006 — before the trades focus, before Hydra OS, before the industry keynotes and the national footprint. She was there when the company was still building WordPress websites in Dallas, still showing up at Chamber of Commerce meetings and industry events to put CI Web Group on the map, still doing the foundational work of constructing a team and a reputation from scratch. She has watched every version of this company become the next one, and she has been part of what made each transition possible.
Today, Rose is Executive Assistant to Jennifer Bagley. In practice, that means she operates at the center of everything Jennifer touches — which is most of the things that matter at CI Web Group. She manages Jennifer's schedule, coordinates her speaking events, trainings, meetings, and podcast appearances, and supports the high-leverage strategic initiatives Jennifer leads. She is the throughline between Jennifer's vision and the operational execution that moves it forward.
Rose works closely with CI Web Group's manufacturer and distributor partners, and with the strategic partnership network Jennifer has built over two decades at the executive table of the trades industry. She knows the people, the relationships, and the institutional history — which means she does not just manage calendars; she manages context.
Supporting one of the most consequential visionaries in the trades industry is, in Rose's words, lifechanging, complicated, and a little crazy. She wouldn't have it any other way.
