Hisense Comfort
Hisense Comfort — the North American HVAC arm of Hisense — is building the first AI-first manufacturer site that also carries distributor microsites and dealer locators, launching with Johnstone Supply Puget Sound in the Pacific Northwest. Prep story locks the live Wix before state and Core Vitals; after scores wait for production cutover.

What this build is engineered to do.
Hisense Comfort is the North American HVAC brand of Hisense — a global consumer electronics and home appliances company founded in 1969 with operations in 160+ countries. Public, sourceable scale: Official Sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ (fourth consecutive World Cup partnership), Omdia No. 1 globally in the 100-inch-and-over TV segment, and an HVAC organization that marked its 10th consecutive year at AHR Expo in 2026 with Hisense citing more than 28 years of inverter expertise and global HVAC production capacity exceeding 26 million units annually. That is not a claim that Hisense is the single largest appliance manufacturer on earth — it is the honest footprint behind a comfort brand entering U.S. discovery in force.
They came to CI Web Group to raise AI search awareness for Hisense Comfort in the United States market. After seeing what Hydra OS was already doing for their distributors' dealers, Hisense partnered with Johnstone Supply in the Puget Sound (PNW) to build the first of its kind AI-first web stack that can represent the manufacturer (OEM), the distributor network, and the pros who install the equipment — one entity graph, three layers of the channel.
The architecture on the Hydra build is deliberate: the manufacturer site owns product systems, markets, warranties, and brand proof; distributor territory microsites (starting with Hisense Comfort × Johnstone Supply Puget Sound Group) carry local branch and contractor context; and dealer locators / expert finders connect homeowners to vetted installers. The development preview at https://hisensecomfort-dev.ciwebgroup.com already ships the silent-smart comfort story — whole-home ducted, room-by-room ductless, zoned multi-room, ConnectLife app paths, and trade surfaces — while www.hisensecomfort.com still serves the current Wix site.
On Jul 22, 2026 the team captured the live www.hisensecomfort.com homepage end to end — the locked before asset — and recorded pre-go-live Lighthouse mobile scores from that same domain. No after Lighthouse, traffic, or ranking claims are published until they are measured on the live Hydra production cutover.
Every page ships with structured brand intelligence built in, so Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can verify exactly what the business does — and new pages are submitted for indexing the moment they go live, not weeks later. It's all built on Hydra OS: a database-free architecture that's dramatically faster and harder to hack than a traditional WordPress site, with an intelligence layer that keeps it optimizing itself.
