The new site is live at avatexservicecompany.com with the hero headline "Beat the Houston Heat — the Honest Way." under a Family-Owned · Houston, TX badge — family-owned AC, heating & refrigeration "you can actually trust," with free estimates, flexible financing, absolutely zero high-pressure sales tactics, and a Get a Free Estimate form sitting right beside the headline on the very first screen. Same-Day Service · 7 Days a Week is promised in the hero, backed by 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM hours all seven days in the footer, with phone (832) 782-3490 one tap away.

Avatex is Jonathan Avalos's family-owned Houston company, based at 8824 Sandra St and carrying its licenses in the open: TACLA #89729C for HVAC, TECL #34162 for electrical, Master Electrician #535138, and NATE-certified technicians. The build presents all three trades — HVAC, electrical, and insulation — as one team, with per-service pages from AC repair and heat pumps to panel upgrades, home wiring, and blown-in attic insulation, plus twelve Greater Houston service-area pages from Houston and The Woodlands to Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Atascocita.

The before state was a classic WordPress-era design — white header, red AVATEX logo, a "REVIEW US ON: Google" top bar, and a Houston night-skyline hero carousel reading "Serving Houston, The Woodlands & Surrounding Cities." The Hydra rebuild replaces it with the dark red-and-black honest-way design: no-pressure copy, trust markers (Licensed & Insured TACLA #89729C, Certified Goodman Dealer, Free Estimates, No-Pressure Quote Reviews) lined up under the hero, and the estimate form above the fold.

The homepage carries real decision-making machinery, all verified live: a Wisetack financing module with a slide-to-estimate monthly-payment calculator and a prequalify-in-minutes path, a three-question repair-or-replace tool, an AC-sizing calculator that estimates tonnage from square footage, a live “Right now in Houston” weather module that routes hot, cold, and mild days to the matching services, a Certified Goodman Dealer section built around equipment manufactured just up the road in Waller, TX, a homepage review wall of named customer excerpts, an answer-first FAQ with structured FAQ data, and a Learning Center, glossary, and Free 2nd Opinion path in the Resources menu. A sticky Call Now / Free Estimate bar keeps both actions under the thumb on mobile.

This launch ships without performance numbers on purpose: no Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals, traffic results, or ranking claims are published until they are measured on the live site.

Every page ships with structured brand intelligence built in, so Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can verify exactly what the business does — and new pages are submitted for indexing the moment they go live, not weeks later. It's all built on Hydra OS: a database-free architecture that's dramatically faster and harder to hack than a traditional WordPress site, with an intelligence layer that keeps it optimizing itself.

Milestones & strategic additions

Live since Jul 3, 2026 — and improved ever since.

Every dated entry is one of two things: a performance gain measured against this client's own pre-launch baseline (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, and call tracking — percentage gains only, the raw numbers stay private), or a strategic addition shipped to the live site straight from our build record. A Hydra site isn't a launch-and-leave project — the timeline below is what continuous improvement actually looks like.

The “Why AI Doesn't Understand HVAC Costs” pillar page joined the live site — the honest-pricing explainer that answers chatbot price anchoring with the variables a real Houston estimate actually prices, built for homeowner trust and AI-answer citations alike.

Interactive components

The interactive layer, verified on the build.

Every Hydra OS site ships with interactive components engineered for conversions, lead capture, and time on site. These are the ones running on the Avatex Service Company build.

Hydra library · Form / quote builder
Get a Free Estimate hero form

A lead form sits beside the hero headline — name, phone, email, address, a service-needed selector spanning all three trades, and consent language — and repeats at the bottom-of-page CTA.

Captures the ready-to-book visitor on the very first screen without a phone call, with the request pre-sorted by trade.

Hydra library · Project + Financing Calculator
Wisetack monthly-payment slider

“Comfort now, pay over time” — visitors slide a project amount from $1,500 to $25,000 and pick a 24–60 month term to see an estimated monthly payment update in real time, then jump to Wisetack prequalification.

Turns sticker shock into a monthly number on the page itself, then hands off to a prequalify-in-minutes path that doesn't affect the decision pressure.

Hydra library · Custom calculator / configurator
Repair-or-replace & AC-sizing free tools

Two no-pressure planning tools: a three-question repair-or-replace check (system age, repair cost, recent breakdowns) that renders an honest verdict, and a square-footage slider that estimates AC tonnage and BTU/hr for a Houston home.

Answers the two biggest buying questions honestly on the page, each ending in a free expert-opinion path instead of a hard sell.

Hydra library · Third-party integration
Right-now-in-Houston weather module

A live Open-Meteo panel reads current Houston conditions and swaps its advice — hot days route to AC repair and tune-ups, cold snaps to heating checks, mild days to maintenance and indoor air quality.

Connects today's weather to what the visitor's system is doing right now, with an estimate path one click from every state.

Hydra library · New custom component
Sticky Call Now / Free Estimate bar

A persistent quick-contact bar keeps a Call Now button and a Free Estimate jump-link fixed on screen as the page scrolls.

The mobile scroller who never made it back to the header keeps a one-tap path to both conversion actions.

Custom components & conversion tools

More than a website — an operating layer.

Conversion
Above-the-fold estimate capture

The Get a Free Estimate form shares the first screen with the hero headline — name, phone, service needed, and consent — so the ready-to-book visitor never scrolls.

Trust
Honest-way positioning

Zero high-pressure sales tactics, no-pressure quote reviews, upfront pricing before work begins, and open license numbers carry the family-owned trust story.

Architecture
Three-trade service system

HVAC, electrical, and insulation are one navigable system — mega-menu service families, per-service pages, and a twelve-city service-area mesh.
