About Jazmin

Jazmin Ramirez's path to leading growth at CI Web Group began not in a marketing agency, but on the front lines of the trades. In 2014 she joined the industry as a plumbing office manager, then moved into operations at an HVAC company — progressing from home-warranty dispatcher to CSR to operations manager, where she took on job costing, purchasing, and the design of an end-to-end inventory automation system. Built from scratch with QR-coded stock rooms and van-level part scanning, it gave field technicians and management real-time inventory visibility — a solution born from direct operational pain, not theory.

That background caught the attention of CI Web Group founder Jennifer Bagley, who recognized a rare combination: deep trades fluency and a builder's instinct. Jazmin joined CI as Western Regional Manager and built her expertise in digital marketing, SEO, website strategy, and emerging AI applications. Her willingness to pivot quickly, streamline processes, and keep pace with a rapidly shifting landscape drove a steady ascent from Regional Manager to Web Director, to Director of Growth, to her current role as Executive Director of Growth.

Today, Jazmin owns the full revenue lifecycle at CI Web Group — overseeing sales, account management, accounts receivable, onboarding, and customer success. She leads the people and processes that drive growth, and is actively advancing the company's use of AI: teaching her teams to leverage vibe coding and automation tools, and embedding AI into the workflows that underpin client delivery.

What sets Jazmin apart in a marketing-agency context is the credibility she carries into every client conversation. She understands the terminology, the operational pressures, and the real problems trades businesses face — because she lived them. That perspective directly shapes how CI Web Group builds its products and services: not as generic marketing solutions, but as tools engineered to make a meaningful impact in the trades.
