Rocket
Lives in your Slack channel and makes website changes on demand — ask in plain English, and it writes the change and runs it through CI and the deploy queue.
The Mission
Rocket is the change agent — the one you actually talk to. It lives in your Slack channel, takes a request in plain English, writes the change to your Hydra OS site, and pushes it through the same automated QA and deploy queue every change goes through. It reports two things separately, because they are two different milestones: when the change is written, and when it is live. It works on demand: nothing moves until you ask.
Core Capabilities
Plain-English Change Requests
A request in Slack — a promo banner, a new city page, a phone number, a headline — becomes a written, reviewable change on your site without a ticket or an account-manager relay.
- Slack-native intake in the client's own channel
- Request → change mapping against the Hydra OS content model
- Scoped edits: pages, promotions, metadata, images, service and area content
- Every change is a reviewable diff, never a direct edit to production
CI, QA and Deploy Queue
Writes the change, opens the pipeline, and lets automated QA and the deploy queue take it from there — then tells you when it is live, not just when it is done.
- Automated tests and QA gates on every change
- Deploy-queue handoff with live confirmation back in Slack
- Written-vs-live reported as separate milestones
- Queue timing varies with runner availability; Rocket says so rather than guessing
Bounded Access
Rocket works inside your website and content database and the intelligence layer behind it — not your CRM, your finances, or your dispatch systems.
- Access: Hydra OS site and content database, Central Intelligence Engine, Search Console, Analytics
- No access: CRM, financial or banking data, dispatching or booking systems
- Per-tenant isolation; a change for one client can never touch another
- Human approval checkpoints on anything outside the request's scope
Swarm Intelligence
Rocket is the hands for the rest of the swarm. When Groot or Oracle produce a brief and a person says go, Rocket is what turns it into a shipped change — and it can fan a large request out across many pages in parallel.
Swarm Deployment Use Cases
- ✓A seasonal promotion applied across the homepage and every service page in one request
- ✓A batch of new city pages written, reviewed, and queued together
- ✓An Oracle brief turned into published content the same day a person approves it
Technical Architecture
Vector Memory
Every request and the change it produced, per client, so a repeat ask is faster and a reverted one is remembered
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Retrieval across the client's own Hydra OS content, brand and service data, and prior change history
CAG (Cache-Augmented Generation)
Cached client context (brand voice, services, service areas, contacts) so a request does not start from zero
Data Lake Access
Read access to the client's own site data and the Central Intelligence Engine; no cross-client data in any change
MCP (Model Context Protocol) Access
Security & Compliance
Hardening
Changes are written as reviewable diffs inside Hydra OS and pass automated QA before deploy. Rocket cannot publish outside the pipeline, and cannot act without a request.
Compliance Certifications
Monitoring
Every request, the resulting change, its QA result, and its deploy time are logged, so what changed and why is always answerable
Platform Integrations
Impact & Results
Client Impact
- ✓Changes asked for in Slack instead of relayed through tickets and email
- ✓Written-vs-live reported honestly, so you always know where a request is
- ✓No agency relay: the person who asked sees the change land
Team Impact
- ✓Account managers stop being the transcription layer between client and site
- ✓Routine change requests leave the human queue
Efficiency Gains
Replaces the multi-hop agency relay for routine website changes with one request and one pipeline
Measurable Results
- ✓No performance claims until there are measured results to report
Role in the Central Intelligence Engine
Rocket reads the Central Intelligence Engine for client context before it writes, and every change it ships is recorded back — so the swarm knows what is actually live on every site.
