Based in Bloomfield, NJ, with 32 service areas configured on the build.
Every page ships with structured brand intelligence built in, so Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can verify exactly what the business does — and new pages are submitted for indexing the moment they go live, not weeks later. It's all built on Hydra OS: a database-free architecture that's dramatically faster and harder to hack than a traditional WordPress site, with an intelligence layer that keeps it optimizing itself.
Before Hydra. After Hydra.
Before: Lighthouse (mobile), measured 2026-08-21 on https://lgmroofing.com/ — the client's existing site, before Hydra cutover. LCP 9.3 s, CLS 0.047, TBT 0 ms. Fresh browser profile, one run at a time, never in parallel.
After: Lighthouse (mobile), measured 2026-08-28 on the production domain after cutover — LCP 3.7 s, FCP 3.1 s, CLS 0, TBT 30 ms. Same URL and method as the 2026-08-21 before run, so the pair is directly comparable: fresh browser profile, one run at a time, never in parallel.

A Roofing Website Built to Educate, Differentiate, and Grow
LGM Roofing has always been a family business. Darwin joined the company his father built about a year ago and quickly saw an opportunity to create more structure around the operation. His father had been handling nearly everything himself, from sales and production to managing crews and keeping customers happy.
The first step was building out the team. LGM added administrative support and a sales representative, allowing Darwin to take responsibility for operations while his father focused more heavily on production. The goal was to put better systems in place, deliver a five-star customer experience, and create the foundation for the company to grow.
That same mindset eventually shaped the decision to work with CI Web Group.
Darwin first met the team at the Western Roofing Expo. Jennifer Bagley’s presentation stood out because she wasn’t simply talking about websites or traditional digital marketing. She was already discussing how AI was changing search, customer behavior, and the way businesses would need to operate online.
Darwin had been experimenting with tools like ChatGPT and already believed AI was going to become a much bigger part of business. Hearing how far ahead CI Web Group was thinking made the decision to continue the conversation an easy one. Within a week or two of the event, the next call was scheduled.
The LGM Roofing site came together quickly, with the initial build taking roughly two weeks. Throughout the process, the CI Web Group team stayed in communication, worked through requests, and made sure the site represented more than a list of roofing services.
LGM wanted its story to be part of the experience.
That meant showing the people behind the company, highlighting real projects, and bringing the personality of the brand into the site. Team photos and project images appear throughout the experience, while social content is incorporated directly into the homepage. LGM has never wanted to look or sound like every other roofing company, and the site was built to reflect that.
The result is also highly functional.
An interactive roof vulnerability quiz helps homeowners identify warning signs they may not have known to look for. A pricing component helps explain the factors that can influence the cost of a roofing project. The Learning Center gives homeowners a place to find answers before they ever speak with the team, while detailed service and location pages create more opportunities for LGM Roofing to be discovered through traditional search and newer AI-driven search experiences.
Those resources are beginning to serve another purpose too: sales.
Instead of answering every homeowner question from scratch, the LGM team can direct customers to the relevant page, tool, or resource. That gives homeowners more information before an appointment and creates a better starting point for conversations about repair, replacement, pricing, and the condition of their roof.
It also supports something LGM cares deeply about: trust.
A homeowner researching a roofing company can see the team, understand the company story, explore completed work, learn about the process, and get answers to common questions before making a decision. By the time that homeowner reaches out, LGM is no longer just another roofing company in a search result. There is already familiarity with the people and the brand.
Darwin has even started showing the site to other contractors in the roofing industry. The depth of the content, the Learning Center, the service-area coverage, and the way the company story is built throughout the site have become points worth sharing with peers.
And the site isn’t finished evolving.
LGM Roofing and CI Web Group are already discussing additional interactive tools, including resources that could help homeowners decide whether a roof should be repaired or replaced or provide another way to evaluate a major roofing decision.
For LGM Roofing, the website has become more than a place to be found online. It is an education resource, a sales tool, a representation of the company, and a platform that can keep growing alongside the business.
