CEC Lifestyles
CEC Lifestyles — fifty-plus years of Colorado electrical expertise being redesigned onto Hydra OS as three integrated domains (Nest indoor, Alfresco outdoor, Charge energy). The stg build carries a first-of-its-kind Interactive Products & Services Explorer: a pan-zoom-clickable panorama of an integrated Colorado home where every service is a blue marker with its own scoped story.
Numbers that show up in the bank account.
CEC Lifestyles has powered Colorado homes since 1974 — electrical services, sophisticated lighting, outdoor living electrification, and the backup-power redundancy of their Home Pulse system. Their Hydra OS site went live on ceclifestyles.com on 2026-08-28, replacing the Coming Soon holding page that stood on the domain. Measured on production the same day: performance 82, accessibility 100, best practices 92, SEO 100, with a 4.8s Largest Contentful Paint, zero layout shift and zero total blocking time.
The centerpiece of the new build is an Interactive Products & Services Explorer: a pan-zoom-clickable panorama of an integrated Colorado home that lets visitors drag to pan, pinch or ⌘-scroll to zoom, and click any blue marker to open the full story for that product or service. Three domains are surfaced as top-of-panorama chips — Nest (indoor), Alfresco (outdoor), Charge (energy) — mapping the whole catalog onto one visual surface instead of a text-heavy service list. It is the source of the Hydra Build Components catalog entry for the Interactive Products & Services Explorer.
Built to load before they blink.
Lighthouse (mobile), measured 2026-08-28 on the production domain after cutover — LCP 4.8 s, FCP 1.4 s, CLS 0, TBT 0 ms. Fresh browser profile, one run at a time. No pre-launch baseline was captured for this client, so the improvement is unknown rather than implied.
Live since Aug 28, 2026 — and improved ever since.
