Alliance Pavers
Alliance Pavers — Central Florida's family-owned paving & hardscape atelier, laying the ground beneath the region's finest homes since 2007 — is live on Hydra OS.
“It’s no longer us chasing our marketing people. It’s them chasing us now and saying, hey, you’ve got to give me more information.”
Alliance Pavers — Central Florida's family-owned paving & hardscape atelier, laying the ground beneath the region's finest homes since 2007 — is live on Hydra OS. The rebuild brings their quiet-distinction aesthetic online: an interactive Backyard Designer where homeowners compose their own outdoor space from genuine Belgard paver blends and send it straight to the crew, a live Design Visualizer (type "pave" anywhere), a maintenance pricing worksheet with transparent estimate ranges, financing through GreenSky and Lyon Financial up to $200,000, and trust signals for their Belgard Master Craftsman certification and 5-year written workmanship warranty.
Their Google reviews say it best: “It's still perfect as the day installed… They cleaned up so good you'd never know they were there.”

Every page ships with structured brand intelligence built in, so Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini can verify exactly what the business does — and new pages are submitted for indexing the moment they go live, not weeks later. It's all built on Hydra OS: a database-free architecture that's dramatically faster and harder to hack than a traditional WordPress site, with an intelligence layer that keeps it optimizing itself.

A Website That Shows What Alliance Pavers Can Do
For years, Jeff Lane could count on work coming to Alliance Pavers. His team focused on delivering good projects, and that had been enough to keep the business busy. As more competitors entered the market, Jeff and Kelly Murphy began looking more closely at how customers found them and what those customers saw when they did.
They were investing in marketing, but they had trouble seeing what it brought in. A referral from another client brought them to CI Web Group. Soon, their conversations focused on the kinds of jobs people called about, what those projects were worth, and which quotes turned into work.
Jeff and Kelly liked how their existing site looked. When CI Web Group rebuilt it on Hydra OS, Kelly saw a chance to give homeowners a way to try out design ideas before committing to a project. She shared a tool she liked, and CI Web Group built one for Alliance Pavers. Visitors can change the color of a house, try different paver styles, and see how those choices look together. They can also browse photos of completed Alliance Pavers projects and learn how to care for their pavers after installation.
The site brought Kelly an early surprise. In the first week after launch, multiple crews and job seekers contacted her. Recruiting information had drawn little attention on the previous site. Now she was hearing from people whose applications she could keep on hand for future openings.
Jeff also started using the Hydra agent in Slack. He shared a competitor’s website to see what Alliance Pavers could learn from it. The agent noticed how prominently the competitor showed its completed project count and suggested giving Alliance Pavers’ own project experience more visibility. Jeff checked in with his CI Web Group strategist, then approved the website update in Slack.
Slack was already part of the workday at Alliance Pavers. Now, when Jeff sees something worth trying, he can bring it to the Hydra agent, talk it through with his strategist if needed, and approve a change to the site from the same conversation.
Over the year their CI Web Group strategist worked with them, call volume increased by roughly 66% with the same budget. Weekly reports now help Jeff and Kelly see where those calls come from and discuss which leads fit the jobs they want to take on.
