AI Data Scientist
You turn our data lake — two decades and ~200,000 trades businesses — into models and signal that drive rankings, booked jobs, and ad-spend decisions, then feed it back into the agents so the platform compounds.
- ✓Build models that predict lead quality, conversion, and revenue from marketing and ad-performance data.
- ✓Engineer features from messy, multi-source data — CRM, call tracking, web analytics, and ad platforms.
- ✓Find causal signal, not just correlation, in paid-ads and performance data — attribution, holdouts, and experiments.
- ✓Validate rigorously: train/test discipline, leakage checks, calibration, and backtests.
- ✓Feed insight back into the agents as features, scores, or policies so the whole platform gets smarter.
- ✓Make findings legible and actionable for operators and clients — decisions, not slides.
- Fluent with data at scale and the modern AI/ML stack (Python, SQL, the usual frameworks).
- A marketing brain — bonus if you've modeled paid-advertising performance or attribution.
- You design experiments and know the difference between correlation and a causal estimate.
- You ship analysis that changes decisions, with the rigor to defend it.
- You can productionize a model, not just prototype one.
- Python: pandas / Polars, scikit-learn, PyTorch
- SQL + warehouses
- Experimentation & causal inference
- Feature stores
- Notebooks → production pipelines
- 3+ years in data science or ML with shipped models that drove real decisions.
- Comfort owning data quality, validation, and productionization — not just analysis.
- Evidence (GitHub, write-ups, or a demo) of work that moved a metric.
- Builders, not talkers. You ship products on your own. Your GitHub proves it.
- Dev background first. You earned vibe coding the hard way — real development experience before AI-assisted coding.
- Obsessed with the craft. You can't sleep till it's done, and your feed is constantly full of learning.
- AI infrastructure at scale. A solid understanding is a strong plus — heavy on the back office, or elite at UI/UX.
- A marketing brain. Bonus points if you've built AI automation systems for paid advertising.
- Client-fluent. You work hand-in-hand with non-technical clients — idea to prototype to production, then sell and get results.
- Forward-looking. You see where the world is going, not just where it's been.
- Thrives in fast water. You're built for a fast-changing, ever-evolving environment. So are we.
