Agentic Workflow Engineers
You design the end-to-end agentic workflows that turn signals into action across the platform — especially closed-loop AI automation for paid advertising: bidding, creative, budget, and reporting.
- ✓Architect multi-agent workflows: triggers, orchestration, shared state, and hand-offs across steps.
- ✓Build closed-loop paid-ads automation — read metrics, decide, act via the ad APIs, with guardrails and hard budget caps.
- ✓Integrate Google Ads, Meta, CRMs, and call tracking with typed contracts, retries, and idempotency.
- ✓Define guardrails and approval gates so automation can't blow a budget or ship bad creative.
- ✓Instrument outcomes — spend, CPL, ROAS — and close the loop back into the workflow.
- ✓Take a workflow from prototype through canary to production and own the results.
- You've built AI automation systems — paid-advertising experience is a major plus.
- You think in orchestration, triggers, state, idempotency, and outcomes.
- You've worked with ad or marketing APIs (Google Ads, Meta) and their rate limits and quirks.
- You design for failure — partial runs, retries, and reconciliation.
- You see where the world is going and build for it.
- Orchestration: LangGraph / Temporal / queues
- Google Ads & Meta Marketing APIs
- Webhooks, idempotency, reconciliation
- TypeScript + Python
- Observability + guardrails
- 3+ years building integrations or automation in production, ideally touching ad/marketing platforms.
- A workflow you can demo end to end, from trigger to action to reporting.
- A track record of designing systems that fail safely.
- Builders, not talkers. You ship products on your own. Your GitHub proves it.
- Dev background first. You earned vibe coding the hard way — real development experience before AI-assisted coding.
- Obsessed with the craft. You can't sleep till it's done, and your feed is constantly full of learning.
- AI infrastructure at scale. A solid understanding is a strong plus — heavy on the back office, or elite at UI/UX.
- A marketing brain. Bonus points if you've built AI automation systems for paid advertising.
- Client-fluent. You work hand-in-hand with non-technical clients — idea to prototype to production, then sell and get results.
- Forward-looking. You see where the world is going, not just where it's been.
- Thrives in fast water. You're built for a fast-changing, ever-evolving environment. So are we.
